Covet cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages from your residence, within the carrier system, or in the case of an incorrect address provided. Please always double check your information upon placing your order and know a tracking number will be provided to your email address once it has headed out the door. As a small business that creates items one at a time, there will occasionally be times where your order experiences a delay in shipment. (This may especially be the case if you have a custom order.) Please don't hesitate to click the "contact" page and inquire if you're anxious!
Returns cannot be provided for custom orders and only in the event of a manufacturing issue. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days for a full refund sans shipping costs. Workshops are non-refundable but in the event that you're unable to follow through with your date - you are allowed to transfer your ticket to another user.
Here's the great news about supporting a small business: We both want your item to look BETTER than it did on day 1! In the instance of popped rivets or pulled thread .. let's fix 'em! You simply pay the shipping and get a repair free of charge. Should you want to update pieces or change them in any way, that's also an option!
